By purchasing any service from True Funded Trader, including our Prop Firm Passing Service, Funded Account Management Service, Pre-Passed Funded Accounts, or Personal Forex Account Management, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
True Funded Trader provides professional trading-related services including but not limited to: (a) Prop Firm Challenge Passing Services where our expert traders pass one-step, two-step, and instant funding challenges on your behalf; (b) Funded Account Management where we manage already-funded prop firm accounts; (c) Pre-Passed Funded Accounts that are ready for immediate use; and (d) Personal Forex Account Management for your private trading capital. All trading is conducted 100% manually by professional traders with dedicated VPS IPs.
Clients are responsible for: (a) providing accurate account credentials and challenge details; (b) ensuring compliance with their local laws and regulations regarding funded trading; (c) making timely payments as agreed; (d) maintaining communication through our official channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Email); (e) not sharing account credentials with third parties; (f) not interfering with our trading activities during the service period.
All service fees are one-time payments due upfront before service commencement. We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), bank wire transfers, and select payment processors. Prices are listed in USD and are non-negotiable. All payments are final subject to our refund guarantee policy outlined in Section 6.
Prop firm challenges are typically passed within 2-4 weeks depending on account size and market conditions. Pre-funded accounts are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Funded account management begins within 24-48 hours of account handover. We provide regular updates via your preferred communication channel.
We offer a Free Retry or Full Refund Guarantee on all prop firm passing services. If we fail to pass your challenge within the agreed timeframe, you may choose: (a) a free retry at no additional cost, or (b) a complete refund of your service fee. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. This guarantee does not apply if the client violates prop firm rules, interferes with trading, or provides incorrect account information.
For Funded Account Management services, we operate on a 10% profit share model. For Personal Forex Account Management, the profit share is 25%. Profit shares are calculated on net profits after any prop firm or broker fees. Payouts are made according to the respective prop firm's payout schedule (typically bi-weekly or monthly).
Trading forex and financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. While we maintain a 98% success rate, no service can guarantee 100% success in all market conditions. Clients acknowledge they understand the risks involved in prop firm trading and funded account management.
